5. Payment & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Pricing and billing terms are subject to change with notice.

All content, branding, and software provided by iDeployed are the property of iDeployed or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without cause. You may also cancel your account at any time.

iDeployed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, security, or fitness for a particular purpose, although we take all reasonable steps to maintain service quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDeployed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
