General Terms of the iDeployed Platform

Version: 2026-10-24.v2

1. Provider and scope

The provider is ideployed UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Torgauer Straße 231–233, 04347 Leipzig, Germany, represented by managing director Hamid Wakili; Leipzig Local Court, commercial register HRB 45472; VAT ID DE462983780. Contracts, privacy and legal matters: [email protected]. Support and technical security reports: [email protected]. Telephone: +49 172 6282363.

These Terms cover accounts and use of iDeployed, including GitHub connections, source builds, deployment of container images, templates, applications, databases and storage where offered. They apply to consumers and businesses. Consumers act predominantly outside their trade or profession; businesses act in the course of that activity. Anyone acting for an organisation must have authority to bind it.

Individual offers may have additional eligibility conditions. The initial JTL-Shop trial is restricted to businesses and professional shop operators; this does not make the general Hobby plan business-only. The JTL Trial Terms supplement these Terms for that offer. Individual agreements prevail. The DPA prevails in conflicts concerning processing on behalf of customers; the JTL Trial Terms apply only to that programme.

2. Account, contract and activation

You may conclude the account agreement in German or English. In the registration form, enter your account details, choose your language, and read and save the linked Terms and Privacy Notice before submitting. You can correct errors in the form fields until submission and use the back function to review earlier entries. You may abandon the process before submitting.

By submitting through “Create account” or the equivalently labelled button, you offer to enter into an account agreement under these Terms. We accept your offer when we successfully create your account. The account agreement is concluded at that point. Successful account creation is shown in the interface. Subsequent email verification confirms your email address and does not postpone contract formation. Permission to deploy resources subsequently requires email verification, selection of an available plan and confirmation of its activation. You can change the plan selection before confirming it. Email verification alone is not a resource commitment.

We store the agreed contract version, plan confirmation and execution record. You receive the documents governing your contract by email or as a saveable file on a durable medium. You can request a copy at [email protected]. We do not promise a permanent, complete contract archive in the dashboard. You can save or print the Terms displayed before conclusion using your browser. We have not subscribed to a special code of conduct governing contract formation.

You must be at least 18 years old to register, including when acting for an organisation. Information must be accurate and kept up to date. Keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. We recommend available multi-factor authentication. Accounts must not be multiplied to circumvent abuse prevention or offer conditions.

3. Services and resources

The services, quantities, duration and restrictions shown at selection and confirmation determine your entitlement. An account plan, resources allocated to an application and measured consumption are different things. Applications can start only within available, confirmed capacity. Unlimited compute, storage or availability is not promised.

GitHub and registry access require supported connections and necessary permissions. Image inspection does not certify security or suitability for every purpose. Third-party software and templates may require additional setup, licences and updates. A public application address generally exposes the content served through it to the internet; this differs from a private database connection.

Test or preview features are identified as such. An availability target, recovery time, guaranteed response or handling time, managed application maintenance or service-level agreement applies only where expressly agreed. Statutory response, information and remedy deadlines remain unaffected. Statutory conformity, security-update obligations and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.

iDeployed is an independent provider and is not part of or affiliated with JTL-Software-GmbH or its affiliates. This offer is not sponsored or endorsed by JTL. References to GitHub, Docker and other third-party services identify software or integrations and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement by those providers. Brand attribution and the distinction from software licences are set out in the Third-Party Names and Independence Notice.

4. Free and paid services

The free Hobby base plan requires no credit card. Paid additions or plans require a separate, express order on the prices and conditions shown beforehand. Free use or a JTL trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Consumer offers state the total price including applicable VAT and unavoidable charges, billing interval and any minimum term before ordering. Net prices plus VAT for exclusively business offers are clearly labelled. Additional usage charges require an agreed calculation basis and authorisation in advance. Continuing free use alone does not accept changes to a paid offer.

5. Content, permissions and acceptable use

You retain rights to your content and grant only the permissions necessary to store, transmit, execute, technically reproduce and display it for the duration of the agreed service and any lawful retention period. We acquire no right to publish private repositories or application data for our own advertising.

You must hold the necessary rights to code, images, data, domains and software, and establish a lawful basis for personal data. You are responsible for application configuration, content and components you manage. Our own contractual and statutory security obligations remain in place.

Unlawful content, malware, phishing, unauthorised access, spam, attacks, circumvention of resource or security controls and unlawful services are prohibited. Testing the security of someone else's systems requires their permission. Report apparent security issues to [email protected]; do not put credentials or confidential customer data in public reports.

6. Storage, backups and individual resource deletion

Temporary storage is not intended for durable data. A volume identified as persistent preserves data at its assigned path through supported restarts and redeployments. Persistence is not a backup. Backups of your application volumes or point-in-time recovery are included only where expressly agreed. A platform database backup is not a backup of your shop.

Use available application export facilities and maintain appropriate independent backups. This does not generally exclude claims for data loss for which we are responsible. Removing a volume may be irreversible and its consequences will be expressly explained.

Stopping or deleting an application, cancelling a plan and permanently deleting a volume are separate actions. Retained or protected volumes can continue to occupy capacity. We do not begin paid retention without an agreement. General volumes follow the retention and deletion terms specifically disclosed for the action; the JTL programme's 14-day and seven-day rules do not apply generally to Hobby.

For general volumes no longer covered by an ongoing service because the associated storage service ends, we fund 30 calendar days of recovery and retrieval access. The period starts on the day after the service effectively ends, but not before the day after you receive our notice stating its start and the intended deletion date. If you cancel a plan at the end of its term, its actual end is decisive; if you close your account, effective account termination is decisive. If we terminate ordinarily on 30 days’ notice, the period starts after the notice period ends, not when notice is sent. Merely stopping an app, or changing a plan while its storage service continues, does not start this period.

Retrieval is available through supported application functions or assistance at [email protected]. After account closure, retrieval is provided through [email protected]; continued access to the account is not required. We use proportionate checks to verify your entitlement and protect your data. Recovery access is not a promise to resume public operation of every terminated application. Further paid storage requires your separate express agreement; retention alone creates no charge. After the period and any longer statutory retrieval or switching periods end, we delete affected data through the notified deletion process. An access obstacle for which we are responsible does not shorten the usable retrieval period. We fund any legally required longer retrieval window unless you separately agree to paid storage. Expressly requested earlier permanent deletion remains possible unless a contrary legal duty applies. Only specifically justified, documented and regularly reviewed retention duties or lawful protective reasons may extend storage; a technical hold alone does not justify indefinite retention. The JTL Trial Terms contain the separate JTL periods.

7. Reports, restrictions and review

Send reports of illegal content and requests from authorities to [email protected]. This is our electronic contact point for users and authorities in German and English; no account is required to contact us. Send technical security reports and support requests to [email protected].

A report should identify the exact URL or another unambiguous location, explain sufficiently why the content is believed to be unlawful, include necessary evidence, and give your name and email address. Please also state your good-faith belief that the information is accurate and complete. Statutory exceptions to providing a name and email remain applicable. We also consider incomplete reports and request further information where necessary. If electronic contact details are available, we acknowledge receipt and communicate our decision and available remedies without undue delay.

We assess reports, our own findings and legal orders to determine whether content is unlawful or violates section 5. A person assesses content reports and review requests. Automated security and abuse controls, such as registration protection or technical access restrictions, may additionally restrict access; they do not replace human consideration of reported content. We do not promise general advance screening of all customer data.

Depending on the breach, we may remove particular content or disable access to it, suspend affected features or applications, and suspend or terminate the service or account for serious or repeated breaches. We act diligently, objectively and proportionately, considering the rights and legitimate interests of everyone involved, including freedom of expression and information and protection against illegal content. Where reasonable, we first allow an opportunity to remedy. Urgent security risks or legal duties may require immediate action.

Affected users receive a clear, specific statement of reasons no later than when a content-related restriction is imposed, as required by law. It explains the measure, scope, any territorial reach and duration, relevant facts and circumstances, whether it resulted from a report or our own findings, any automated means involved, and the legal or contractual basis and how it applies. A reporting person's identity is disclosed only where legally necessary. Statutory exceptions and confidentiality requirements remain applicable.

You may request a free human review and provide further information through [email protected]. We communicate the outcome. This does not replace court remedies or restrict any statutory complaint or out-of-court dispute-resolution routes; the statement of reasons identifies the routes available in the particular case.

8. Privacy and processing on behalf of customers

The Application Privacy Notice explains processing for account administration, security and operation. Acknowledging it is not blanket consent. Optional marketing requires separate voluntary consent where applicable.

Where we process application personal data on your behalf, the DPA and annexes must be concluded electronically before that processing. An authorised person expressly accepts the identified version; the confirmation links it to the account and Customer. Merely publishing a DPA or acknowledging the Privacy Notice does not conclude it. They do not replace your notice to your users. Before processing special-category data or criminal-conviction data, suitability, safeguards and an express agreement with us must be established. These Terms do not restrict statutory obligations or data-subject rights.

9. Duration, termination, return and switching

The free account agreement generally continues indefinitely and you may terminate it at any time. Termination for the future is distinct from steps needed for safe data return and resource deletion. If a technical dependency blocks the self-service function, you may send termination and privacy requests to [email protected].

We give at least 30 days' advance notice of our ordinary termination of an indefinite free offer, allowing time for orderly backup and switching. Termination for good cause remains available. Special fixed programme periods follow their programme terms. Paid offers must state their termination and duration rules before ordering.

Statutory rights to content return, data portability and provider switching remain unaffected. Not every data type currently has a self-service export. Arrange necessary assistance through [email protected]; statutory entitlements must not depend on an additional paid agreement.

10. Defects, liability and consumer rights

Statutory remedies for defects apply where applicable. Free provision does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Our liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence, culpable injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment of a defect, within the scope of an expressly assumed guarantee, and in all cases of mandatory statutory liability, including product-liability law and GDPR Article 82.

Outside those cases, liability for ordinary negligence in breach of an essential contractual obligation is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Essential obligations are those that enable proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may normally rely. Liability for ordinary negligence in breach of other obligations is excluded. Both sentences leave the unlimited and mandatory liability cases above unaffected.

These liability provisions apply correspondingly for the benefit of our legal representatives and persons engaged to perform our obligations. They do not restrict statutory defect remedies or mandatory rights of data subjects. Liability is not capped at fees paid; free use therefore does not reduce an existing claim to zero.

11. Consumer withdrawal

The following notice applies to consumers where a statutory right of withdrawal exists. Account creation, email verification or use of a free service alone does not waive it. Free services carry no payment or compensation charge. Paid offers cannot currently be ordered; early commencement and any expiry of a withdrawal right for those offers require separate information and declarations.

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ideployed UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Torgauer Straße 231–233, 04347 Leipzig, Germany, telephone: +49 172 6282363, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online through “Withdraw from contract” in account settings or the link with the same label in the platform footer. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example, by email), including the contents of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Model withdrawal form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

12. Changes, governing law and disputes

Silence alone does not accept material contractual changes. Where changes to digital services go beyond maintaining conformity, we observe statutory conditions, including an agreed valid reason, no additional cost, clear information and, where applicable, advance notice on a durable medium and termination rights. We have no unrestricted power to withdraw any service at any time.

German law applies. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their habitual residence and statutory jurisdiction rights. Exclusive jurisdiction in Leipzig is intended only for merchants and other legally permissible cases, not for all self-employed persons or consumers. The chosen contract language is recorded at conclusion; translations are intended to be equivalent without using language priority to reduce mandatory consumer protection.

iDeployed is not willing to participate voluntarily in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Statutory participation and information duties, and your statutory rights, remain unaffected.
