Third-Party Names and Independence Notice

Version: 2026-10-24.v2

1. Independence from JTL

iDeployed is an independent provider. iDeployed is not part of or affiliated with JTL-Software-GmbH or its affiliates. The iDeployed offer is not sponsored or endorsed by JTL. Provision of JTL-Shop through iDeployed is an offer by iDeployed.

2. Names and rights holders

JTL and JTL-Shop are brand and product names of JTL-Software-GmbH. GitHub is a trademark of GitHub, Inc. Docker and the Docker logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Docker, Inc. in the United States and/or other countries. Other referenced brands, product names and logos are attributable to their respective rights holders.

References describe software, compatibility or integrations. They do not imply a partnership, sponsorship, certification or endorsement by the relevant provider. Any expressly agreed relationship would need to be described separately and accurately.

3. Software and licences

Trademark rights, software copyright and contractual rights of use are distinct. JTL products and other software remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners, including third-party components and open-source software. This notice does not replace licence texts or required copyright, source or other notices, and does not claim that one manufacturer exclusively owns every included component.

The JTL-Shop 5.8.2 core included in this template is under the MIT licence from JTL-Software-GmbH. For code covered by that licence, commercial use and hosting do not inherently require a separate JTL agreement. Preserve its copyright and permission notice. Bundled components, extensions and separately licensed features retain their own terms; MIT does not grant general trademark rights.

Naming a product does not mean iDeployed claims rights to another party's software or marks. Use of logos and other protected visual elements must be covered separately by applicable terms or permission.

The Platform Terms apply to the platform; the JTL Trial Terms additionally apply to the initial JTL programme. This notice makes no claim about security certifications, guaranteed compatibility or individual customers' licence rights.
